Ceberous Dogs easy kill
Using the combo L1+/\ will defeat the dogs fairly fast. For groups use a Lv. 2 or 3 Posidion's Rage.
Easy kills
This trick requires at least a level 2
Blades Of Chaos and really helps when fighting multiple Minotaurs and
other enemies. Knock the Minotaur (or different enemy) up with R1 + X.
When in the air, release R1 and press Circle to grab its leg and hurl it
back to the ground. The Minotaur will bounce back up, giving you
multiple chances to repeat the throw. It should only take three or four
throws to kill a Minotaur this way. As the Minotaurs get stronger, you
will need to knock them back up by pressing the Right Analog-stick
towards it, then pressing X. Note: This requires a level 5 Blades Of
Chaos. This strategy works on other monsters, such as Skeleton Soldiers,
Skeleton Archers, and Gorgons. Using this strategy with Gorgons may
require more practice than it would with the other monsters.

After you hit the giant minatour pull the switch again quickly and you will do double damage!
Fighting the Minotaur
When fighting the Minotaur, almost all his
moves can be blocked with the block button. The only moves that can't
be blocked are the grab move and when he shoots fire from the platform.
God Mode
Beat the game on any difficulty( easy, medium, or hard)
Gorgon Orbs
Decapitating a Gorgon will yeild you 10 or so blue orbs and 1 or 2 green orbs.
Gorgon's beam
Wen a gorgon attempts to freeze you the
worst thing you can do is jump because you will freeze in the air and
break when you fall to the ground. So instead start rolling back and
forth anywhere and you'll never be freezed.
Harpies puzzle
When you are in the room filled with
Harpies that keep coming out, kill them and notice that they are coming
out of odd-looking holes. To stop them, use the shields of the statues
in the room to block the entrance. The left statue is placed in the
right hole, and the right statue goes in the left hole. Once all holes
are blocked, kill the remaining Harpies. Go up the stairs to the ledge
with the boards that fall off when you are going across. Do not worry if
you fall, as the Harpies cannot get out. As the boards continue to
fall, they will reveal the correct boards to walk on.
Minotaur Orbs
Stabbing a Minotaur through the face will yeild you about 10 or so red orbs and one green orb.

well first good job going on neoseeker,
but the tip is during the challenge of Hades when he dares you to make
blood sacrifices go to the circle at the foot of the stairs. then
complete that circle but stay and kill a few more centaurs until you
stop getting orbs. then go to the next Circle, but DO NOT do the circle,
insted be close and fight a bit more, soon after no orbed ones some
centaurs will drop more orbs but then will stop so just finish the
circle task. on spartan mode i got 4 bars but on mortal 9 bars.

red orbs for weapon upgrades
Unlimited red orbs for weapon upgrades.
1. This one is for patient players.In 'The road to Athens' part were you have to go through a tunnel only after you freeze the hammer wielding minotaur on the botton, kill these minotaurs after freezing them using gorgon's magic.for the first few minotaurs you'll get a good amount of red orbs(+ 15 for crushing) but later each killing will yield only +15 orbs for crushing. it'll take a lot of patience and time(off-course) but if you spend some time killing these minotaurs and collecting red orbs it'll be of great help later.
Hint: upgrade madusa's gaze(gorgon's magic) to the level two first. this will result in faster freezing and hence lesser time to collect more orbs. then upgrade your blades of chaos.if you can be patient for some more time(believe me it'll be worth waiting)save few thousands for magics you'll unveil in further levels.
2.this one will earn you a lot of red orbs(but not unlimited) a lot quicker then by first method.i'll recommend it to use this method along with the first one(by doing so the pleasure of being kratos will multiply manifold)in order to gain maximum number of morbs through this method i'll suggest not to use any of the multicolored(those chests which switch colors from blue to green and vice versa) and blue(magic) chests after you've passed through the tunnel i talked about in above method. after beating the road to athens,athen town square and roof tops of athens, you'll reach to a bridge which will take you to temple of oracle.after beating the swarm of harpies and two gorogn's queen madusas, you'll have to enter the temple after climbing the stairs. this is where the second method works. don't enter the hall, just stand in the door and wait for the harpies to line up in front of you(in a bunch of 4)now use the madusa's gaze to freeze them, they'll give you 30 red orbs for each ruined harpy and as they're endless you can get a lagre number of orbs by doing this. you can go back to the last four parts(the road to athens,athen town square and roof tops of athens) to recharge your magic bar. the blue chest kept in the treasure room where you get zeus's fury magic is also capable of recharging itself but for few times only. in this method as well, i'll suggest to upgragde the madusa's gaze to max level as after that the harpies can be freezed only after small taps of square button.gain the large amount of orbs and make sure you save for the future as well. happy gaming.

the truth about secret message 2
destroy both the statues in the throne
room at mt olympus for secret message 2 its really just kratos talking
and the game desinger coming in as well listen to it its a crack up i
love the bit where kratos goes "if i kill you i WILL get health orbs"
Unlimited Orbs Glitch
In Pandora's temple, after the saw room,
you will come across a bridge with harpies on it. On the other side,
there will be a tower with a harpie and a ladder next to it.Get the
harpie between you and the ladder, and kill it with Plume of
Prometheus(square, square, triangle). If done right, the harpie will get
stuck in a bounce on the top of the ladder and continually shower you
with red orbs until you can't hold any more (59,700). Do not leave the
area or it will disappear.
Unreachable
In almost every fight scene, there is a
place where you can hit your enemies but they cannot reach you. Helpful
if set on HARD difficulty.
Untouchable
This is more of a tip than a cheat, and
for those of us whom don't mind fighting like a coward. I discovered
that in almost any given battle scene, there will be a spot from which
you can hit the enemy and they can't hit you. Example: When you fight
all those dog things and that giant monster on the roof of the building
in "The Architect's Tomb", you can hit the enemy through the door, but
because of the programming of the game, the enemy cannot go through the
door towards you. However, the "dogs" can hit you with their fire
breathing act, so when you see it coming, hit the right analog stick
back so that you somersault backwards onto the landing below, now the
fire will just blow over your head. In most of the battle areas, your
escape is sealed off, but keep your eye open for stairways and other
objects that you can hide behind or climb. It is also sometimes
necessary to hold down the block button until you find an opening for
attack. Example: The first scene that you face the ground
mole/skeleton guys (I'm bad with names) that dig down and spin around,
then fire upwards there is a broken staircase in the corner. If you go
stand under it and hold the block button, you'll be totally safe, and of
course you can still attack. Once an archer appears on the stairs
above you, I'd recommend jumping up there and killing him, then you may
proceed to cower in the corner and attack. In fact, if you stay in the
corner, the enemy barely makes any offensive attacks, they only respond
to your hits. Even when the battles aren't very difficult, you can
almost always trace your steps back until you find the enemies cut off
point from following you, then they'll just stand there and wait for
you.

Easy experience
When you are in the room after you
decapitate Medusa for the first time, Aphrodite will tell you to freeze
the Minotaurs to continue. Do not do this. Instead, switch to Poseidon's
Rage and keep using it on the Minotaurs. Since you have unlimited magic
in this room, get as many combos as desired. The red orbs stop
appearing at 1000 hits; however you can stop the combo at any time and
repeat this trick to get a lot of orbs. Keep some saved for the weapons
that you will unlock later in the game.
Unlock the Dairy Bastard costume. Then, fight the Hydra with the Dairy Bastard costume and continuously use Poseidon's Rage to get the combo count as high as possible. Because the Hydra cannot die unless you grab and kill it, there is not limit to the combos.

enter the Temple Of The Oracle. Keep using Gorgon Flash. Because there
is an unlimited amount Harpies, you can get an unlimited amount of red
orbs. Note: Each kill is worth 30 red orbs.
Easy orbs in The Gates Of Athens
Use the following trick to max out your
Blades Of Chaos, Poseidon's Rage and Medusa's Gaze. After you reach
Athens and you encounter the Oracle's image. climb up the stairs. You
will see Ares for the first time. Save the game here. This will take a
lot of time to do. Walk to your left down the stairs and enter the gate.
Ares' fireball will break the gate, locking you inside. In order to get
out you must lure a Minotaur to the switch and freeze him so you can
slide out. However, do not do that and do not leave this room. Kill as
many Minotaurs as possible until no more of them give you orbs. Notice
that no matter how many Minotaurs you kill, they will keep respawning.
You can use as much magic as desired. As long as you are in that room,
the magic box will keep refilling. Every time a Minotaur comes out,
freeze him with Medusa's Gaze and break him. Every time you do this, you
will receive fifteen orbs. If you run out of magic, refill with the
box. If you run low on life, fight the Minotaur then do the mini-game to
get some health back. Keep freezing then breaking them to get unlimited
orbs.
Easy red orbs
When you get on the ship at the end of the
first level after defeating the Boss Hydra, jump on the bed and press
R2. Follow the commands as prompted on the screen. When the vase falls
off the night stand you will get some orbs. Each time you do it
afterwards, you will only get five orbs.
When you go to find the two shields for the sculpture, go back into the room with the broken off stairs. Go up, get across the narrow boards, and pull the lever. The rope will go down and you can slide down it. Go across the rope where soldiers try to kill you. Get to the other side, then get out the Blade Of Artemis (L1 + R1). Then, get the Hades shield and run up to the ledge where you can jump off to the rope going up. A lot of soldiers will appear. Use the Blade Of Artemis to kill them all. This will give you a lot of red orbs, and more time spared.
When you are fighting the first Ares, do not kill him. Just stab him once with his leg and let him hit you off. You should get 1,000 orbs. Extra Magic Feathers
After receiving Poseidon's Trident and
passing through the tunnel behind the statue, there are four Nyad
daughters you can find while swimming underwater. Note: Some of them are
hidden behind breakaway walls. Press Circle by any one of them to kiss
them. Most of them will offer up a Magic Feather, while some may
randomly leave you with nothing.
Fate of the Titan
To get the Fate of the Titan, complete Spartan mode.
Guards still fighting Hydra
After you defeat the Hydra and take the
rope back to the other boat with the trapped women, go to the location
where you originally entered that boat. Walk the boards back and you can
see the two guards fighting a Hydra head, after you killed the main
head.
Heroic Possibilities
Unlock heroic possibilities by beating the game once under any difficulty setting.
In-Game Movies
To unlock in-game movies, beat the game once under any difficulty setting.

Move Faster
Press Right Analog-stick Forward to roll
forward, then press R1 to execute a Hermes Rush shoulder charge before
the roll ends. Repeat this to move faster.
Secret Message
To get the secret message, complete Spartan mode.
Secret Message 2
To unlock the second secret message, destroy the 2 statues in the throne room at Mt. Olympus.
Secret Message...
At the end of the game, when your in the
paradise. You will see 2 statues, Ares and the metal minotaur. Destroyed
both of the statues and you will have a secret message. (Not sure what
is it for though)!
Sex Mini-Game (Easy Red Orbs)
After you fight the Hydra boss, and the
movie plays when you go into the Captain's cabin, you will see the two
nude women on your bed. Jump on the bed, and when you see the circle
over their heads. Press it to initiate a mini-game of you having sex
with the women. The first part involves pressing buttons, and the 2nd
part involves moving the left analog stick in different directions. When
the the vase breaks and you hear the girls moan, you will get a ton of
red orbs. You can repeat this, but will barely get any orbs, so one time
is really all that you need to do.

Break the statues of Minotaur and Ares to
get message. You don't need to though, since I am giving you the secret:

Tycoonius Costume
To unlock the Tycoonius costume, complete the God of War Challenges.
Unlimited Red Orbs
In the Desert of Lost Souls, after you
defeat the 3 Sirens to get in the temple, you come to the area with the
conveyor and the spiked wheels. First disable the wheels with 3-4
Triangle, Triangle, Squares combos. When you start moving the block the
undead soldiers will start attacking. As long as you remain on the
conveyor, the undead will appear endlessly and are pretty easy to kill.
Additionally, the combo chest will refill endlessly (takes a couple of
minutes after opening to refill). You have endless enemies and endless
green orbs. The key is to max the red orbs per kill. I used L1+X to
get them airborne, L1+X again, then while still airborne, use O to grab
and bounce them, then while still airborne go back to L1+X, By the time
you get back to the ground, the O should appear over the undead, grab
and kill them with O/O sequence. This should give you 25-35 hits plus a
ruthless kill which nets you about 20 red orbs. If you have the
patience, you can do this endlessly and get unlimited orbs. In about
two hours in God Mode, I got about 15,000 red orbs.
